I Do Not Own This Folder, Please Delete
I have a folder ~/public_html/templates/warmish_community.bak which I do not own and do not have permissions to delete. I have copied and renamed the folder contents so that I own and can manipulate the files but cannot delete the original.Please delete this folder for me when you get a chance. This is not time critical.The error was probably caused by a faulty mambo install script. You may want to look into this because it might represent a security hole.
My ISP has changed since I first registered on here in June. Can't Access Cpanel - 'login Attempt Failed'
When I Try to access the CPanel, I am greeted with the 'Login Attempt Failed' error. The default FTP account is not working either. I haven't had any modifications with my site yet, so I am not sure if someone has hacked into my account. Is there any problem with the system? How To Add Spf Records For My Domain
Well, I was interested in adding SPF (Sender Policy Framework) records for my domain in order to do my part in reducing SPAM. (This?) CPanel only has a single box for the mail exchanger rather than allowing one to add a record. Is there some way to do this? When I was on the other side of the hosting biz, I remember being able to add arbitrary DNS records from within CPanel.

Hello there, In fact I've got some strange problems with my hosting. A couple of months ago all worked (almost) perfectly and I had about 30 or 40 unique visitors per day showed in Analysis and Log files / Web/FTP Stats of my cPanel.. then one day I was on my cPanel to check how many visitors I had and it showed ZERO That's just impossible that noone visits my website anymore, because I stil have new entries in the guestbook and I stil receive the emails that people send from my website

I read in the specs that Astahost gives you a phpbb board. I havn't have been approved yet but I do have the 30 credits I need to do so. My question is this. New Account Says Improper Disk Usage?

I was searching Free Webhosts site and found this. Wow, everything looked like great, and I started to post. After getting enough hosting points, I noticed, that only English websites were accepted. Connection To Ftp Server Resetting
For some reason I can't connect to my FTP server! It was working fine yesterday, but when I tried to connect a minute ago, it said it could not login. I made a new account, and tried that, and now it logs in with any account, but the connection resets. I use Windows Explorer as my FTP Client. Can anyone help?

I have searched around for a new web host and will trim my options down to Computing Host (since it was recommended by one of the Mods here) and 1AND1. I want to use 1AND1 because of all that space they give me (I know...all that space will probably not be used, but I want to have it anyway since it's part of the package ). Now, after this hosting failure only my main account is working... the other accounts do not login me I changed the password, I tried to login through webmail instead of Outlook, without any success...
