Php Extensions On Hosting Account [solved]
Basically my site utilises the GD2 php library (not to be confused with the GD library) but the extension hasn't been installed on my basic hosting account. How would I install this extension and is it possible through cPanel or am I going to need to purchase shell access? Can't Access Cpanel - 'login Attempt Failed'
When I Try to access the CPanel, I am greeted with the 'Login Attempt Failed' error. The default FTP account is not working either. I haven't had any modifications with my site yet, so I am not sure if someone has hacked into my account. Is there any problem with the system? I have not reset the password as I don't want to loose 10 credits over nothing. Please confirm if the problem is pertaining to my account only.

I think there has been an error with my account credits. There is a field in xistosupport billng for “add funds”. Now that “add funds” feature accepts funds from multiple payment methods. It also accepts Mycents as well. Now that i’ve earned mycents for my next years hosting plan and domain. Can i add it to funds? I mean i might have to go offline after few months and may not be able to be active on forums. I Do Not Own This Folder, Please Delete
I have a folder ~/public_html/templates/warmish_community.bak which I do not own and do not have permissions to delete. I have copied and renamed the folder contents so that I own and can manipulate the files but cannot delete the original.Please delete this folder for me when you get a chance. HiIs it possible to set up a script somehow, where you go to www.domain.com/directory/directory1, ecxept you can relace directory1 with anything, and it will run the same script, whether a directory called directory1 exists in the folder directory or not?Say, for example, you go to www.domain.com/directory/Hello and a page comes up that says "Your text: Hello", even though a "Hello" directory doesn't exist? HiI've just been trying to delete some directories, after finding out how to Make what I wanted to have work without needing a ton of them (See my Dynamic Directories topic)I say trying to delete them, because I don't seem to be able to. Hi.I recently purchased a radio for my website, but I'm having problems. I've made a script to go onto the radio server and get the stats, but it won't work. It just says that it can't connect. The url for my radio is http://208.100.38.3:10020. Is there something on astahost that prevents you connecting to other ports?
Today, I checked with my mail client an really old email account of mine, which I usually check once in a while or once in a week, but it is strange that I almost don't use it anymore, but got over 263 spam emails, so I thought what a hell? I went to CPanel to see if Spamassasin is turned on or something, but it seems to me that it isn't available anymore? I don't really know how long it isn't here or I just can't see it, but I really remember it used to be installed? ;]
HiI've recently made some changes to my site's design, and uploaded them to a seperate directory to work on. These changes include modifying a status signature, which is just a little image that displays your Habbo Hotel Figure, mission, etc.I uploaded the design to www.habble-aus.com/themetest, and this works fine.However, when I try to access www.habble-aus.com/themetest/profiles, where the status signature is, it just keeps loading, but never loads, or stops, or comes up with an error
Mistake With Hosting Registration
Hey, I just received my hosting account, and I went to create it. After I finished creating it, the link wouldn't work. I tried to figure out why, and then realised I had typed "lc.astrahost.com" instead of "lc.astahost.com" Due to the extra R i put in, my hosting can't be accessed. Do I need to pay for a subdomain change? or would an admin be kind enough to fix my error?Thanks for the support~uNiT
